Charles Bowen |
Mr. Bowen is a retired Sr. Vice
President of Cintech Solutions, Inc. During his tenure, Cintech
became the market share leader in the small-to-medium call
center market, with sales increasing in excess of 30 percent
annually. In addition to sales and marketing, Chuck had responsibility
for customer service where annual sales of installation and
maintenance increased 28 percent annually. Prior to his years
with Cintech, he served as Vice President and General Manager
for Sprint Healthcare, where he led the effort to purchase
the assets of Sabre Healthcare, which served as the lead product.
Chuck achieved recognition as the leading telecommunications
company in healthcare, with a particular focus on the development
of unique products utilizing Sprint's internet capabilities.
Chuck serves as GO Connection's Board Chairman (Acting).

Tom Brown |
Mr. Brown practices law and is
a partner in the law firm of Brown & Nachman, L.L.C. Tom
specializes in corporate, oil and gas, lender liability, mergers
and acquisitions and estate planning areas. He has been involved
with several not-for-profit boards, and oversees a foundation
that provides support to the low-to-moderate income community.
Tom received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Michigan.

Vanessa Finley |
Ms. Finley is the Executive Director
of First Step Fund, a nonprofit micro-enterprise development
agency that provides business and entrepreneurial training,
access to credit and ongoing support to low-to-moderate income
individuals. The training and support particularly focuses
on FastTrac and Child Care Business Development. Vanessa manages
the agency’s program and resource development, fund
raising, marketing, and community relations. Previously, Vanessa
was the Assistant Director of Youth Opportunities Unlimited,
Inc. She holds two Bachelor of Arts degrees from the University
of Kansas in Human Development and Crime & Delinquency.

Katherine Hunter |
Ms. Hunter, who has in excess
of 20 years in the banking industry, is a Senior Vice-President
for UMB Bank.
Kathy currently chairs the Region VII Laison Committee for
National Association of Government Guaranteed Lenders, an
association who advocates the benefits of the SBA lending
program, and is active on the Government Relations Committee
and the Large Bank committee. Kathy also serves on several
local boards that promote entrepreneurial development and
growth for women owned business.

Steve Johns |
Mr. Johns has been involved in
building organizations, turn around consulting and mergers
and acquisitions of businesses for over 25 years. As President
of Value Added Mentoring, LLC, Steve serves business owners
in a professional and confidential manner to help them determine
the value of their business as well to enhance the value of
it. Steve received an undergraduate degree in business administration,
a master's degree in business administration and a law degree
from the University of Kansas. Steve serves on the Loan Review
Committee of GO Connection's Board.

Lonnie Scott |
Mr. Scott is the President
of the MidAmerica Minority Business Development Council
(MAMBDC) in Kansas City, Missouri. The MAMBDC, formerly
the Minority Supplier Council, founded in 1983, is one of
38 regional councils of the National Minority Supplier Council
and provides NMSBC certification to minority owned businesses
in western Missouri and the state of Kansas.
Scott is a seasoned business executive with managment experience
at Fortune 100 companies including AT&T, Lucent and
Southwestern Bell. Scott served as Vice President for Conectiv
Customer Care in Wilmington, DE, where he was responsible
for the development and implementation of customer service
strategy. Scott, who earned an undergraduate degree in business
administration at St. Mary's College in Leavenworth and
a master's degree in Personnel Administration from Central
Michigan University, is a former recipient of AT&T's
coveted National Diversity Award and National Mentoring
Award. In 1996 he received a Kansas City Home Town Hero
Award and the Black Achiever of the Year from Southern Leadership
Conference.

Lee Langmack |
Mr. Langmack is the Art Director at Cerner Corporation where
he has been an associate for over seven years. During his
career at Cerner, he as worked on a wide variety of product
marketing, corporate marketing, corporate identity and corporate
community involvement. One of his proudest accomplishments
at Cerner was helping to create Cerner's First Hand Foundation
in 1995. First Hand Foundation is a pediatric charity sponsored
by Cerner Associates that currently grants close to $500,000/year
in assistance to individual children with health problems
and their families. He is also active in the Northland's Community
2000's Go For The Grand even, which seeks to educate and inform
middle-school young adults about the dangers of drug and alcohol
abuse. Mr. Langmack attended Johnson County Community College
and The Kansas City Art Institute and holds a degree in Graphic
Design and Visual Communications Arts.

Kenneth DeSieghardt |
Mr. DeSieghardt has more than
22 years of experience in integrated marketing communications.
Prior to launching his own company, DeSieghardt Strategic
Communications, LLC., he spent almost 10 years in senior
leadership positions at two of Kansas City's largest independently
owned marketing communications firms.
